DEADWOOD - Deathcore - Montreal, Quebec

Formed in 2020, Deadwood is a Montreal-based deathcore band combining crushing breakdowns, aggressive riffs, dark atmospheres, and the raw intensity of old-school deathcore with modern production.

Driven by their motto “BUILT ON HATE,” Deadwood has established a growing international presence through tours in Japan with Humanity’s Last Breath, the United States, and Europe alongside Monstrosity in 2026.

The band’s achievements include performing at Inkcarceration Festival 2025, selling out Montreal’s legendary Club Soda (approximately 1,000 capacity), and sharing stages with internationally recognized acts such as Born of Osiris.

Following three EPs, including Rituals of a Dying Light (January 2026, Innerstrength Records), Deadwood released “Blasphemy” in April 2026 and their latest single, “Possession” featuring Adam Mercer of Deathstroke, on October 23, 2026, marking a new chapter in the band’s evolution toward an even faster, heavier, and more uncompromising sound.

Deadwood has received international press coverage from Metal Temple, Montreal Rocks, Acta Infernalis, Heavy Music HQ, and Ondes Chocs, further strengthening its reputation within the extreme metal underground.

With three continents of touring experience, an established discography, and a clear artistic identity, Deadwood is ready to expand its reach through strategic label partnerships, international touring, and future releases.
